Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificate Returns
Gift certificates are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. In special circumstances, we may consider returns with proper documentation.

Package Service Refunds
Service packages (multiple treatments purchased together) are subject to special refund terms based on services used and remaining value.
Unused Services
Full refund for completely unused packages within 30 days of purchase
Partially Used Packages
Refund calculated based on remaining services minus 20% administrative fee
Expired Packages
No refunds for packages past their expiration date
