Advance Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to the full service cost. This helps us maintain availability for other clients.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours notice. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred new time.

Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of our staff and other clients, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your appointment. We maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.

Age Requirements

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent for all services. Some treatments may have specific age restrictions.

Professional Conduct

We maintain a professional, therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior or requests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated but not required. If you choose to tip, the standard rate is 15-20% of the service cost, though any amount you feel comfortable with is welcome.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and make wonderful gifts. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable but transferable.

Treatment Results

While we strive to provide the best possible results, individual responses to treatments may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and results are not typical for all clients.

Personal Property

Bright Facial Spa & Thai Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend securing valuables or leaving them at home.
